MEVA is a family-owned and managed company with flat hierarchies
Transparent structures and flat hierarchies distinguish MEVA with its approximately 400 employees. The company's lean organisation contrasts to the bureaucracy and anonymity that may be found in large corporations. Our staff are active members of interdisciplinary teams. Each individual carries responsibility and is encouraged to develop his or her own potential continuously.

Our business field is international and construction projects require our presence in many countries across the globe. Many of our staff have taken the opportunity of working "abroad", whether for the project duration or as a permanent resident.

MEVA's headquarters are located in Haiterbach on the outskirts of the Black Forest region in the south western part of Germany. The town and its industrial park are embedded in a beautiful countryside.
